Added XL Netherite Pickaxe Ability to destroy bedrock when pressing shift+RMB

Added Crop Carver - crafted from two sticks and a shear like a shovel, acts a shear and acts as a tool that can carve pumpkins and break melons into melon slices. (I have discovered some mods in 1.20.1 may disable this ability if they effect how axes work. Additionally, I thought it would be neat to have a seperate tool for this procedure.)
