Welcome to WWYD, this mod removes this very annoying bug called "taking damage" from the game, you will still feel the damage or any entity will for that matter they'll just not loose any health like at all in any way shape or form.

To enable the mod simply set the gamerule "doHealthLoss" to false and you're golden.
