This mod makes the next creeper explosion bigger the more blocks you placed since the last explosion. On a server, all players are considered.
A block placement is detected as anything that fires BlockEvent.PlaceEvent, so it's possible that auto-builders are also affected.
There's also a config to adjust the math involved.
