Version 1.1:

 

Flood Fill Buckets: For use as dedicated flood fill tool items. They come in various colors so you can have multiple different fills without needing to use other items (Aside from looking pretty good).

 

Added recipes for the various items. If you're using them in survival, remember you can set 'use-inventory' in WorldEdit's config to have it only use blocks from your inventory (if you want to play "legit").
