Added:
Nether Ore Multiplier Config.
End Ore Multiplier Config.

Changes:
Nether and End ore generation nerfed significantly to match vanilla's ore generation better.

Bug Fixes:
JER fixes for all Nether, End, and Obsidian ore variants.
JER ore display is now syned to the config.
JER mixin uses VanillaOreHost.HostDimension enum now instead of hardcoded host name strings.

Other:
Fixed some small code inconsistencies.
Updated deprecated code.
