Added Mappet activity tracking to Discord RPC when editing scripts or working in the dashboard (this feature can be disabled in the config).

Added the ability to lock config editing by placing a lock.txt file in the world folder (works on both server and in singleplayer).

The Discord RPC editor now allows setting the maximum player count for a local server (on a dedicated server, the player limit from the server settings file is displayed instead).

Code refactoring and improvements.
