Changed some recipes around.

- Added Enriched Dust. Made from redstone, lapis, glowstone and amethyst shard. This now replaces the individual ingredients for the alchemical enricher, and is used for a new potion!
- Added the Spelunker potion. Allows you to see ores through blocks. Requires enriched dust on a mining potion.
- Changed the Supreme stabilizer's recipe. You now need a nether star instead of an ender eye. Balances it as Supreme potions are end-end game.

Fixed a few things, including the Dolphin's Grace. You can now craft them. How I missed it all the way until I had to make one myself in my world I don't know -_-

Also, removed an unused tonic that was causing errors.
