Added a few more potion types/combos. Details of them all are in the Readme in the github.

Changed some recipe inconsistencies; all full-level potions now just require vanilla ingredients, dust reserved for potent variants and tonics reserved for extreme variants.

Changed Juggernaut to Gladiator, and also added a Juggernaut potion that is now health focused.

Also readjusted some regeneration figures.

Neptune's Delight now provides conduit power instead of water breathing.
