New Content
-Added Marine Tag (This item is currently only usable on Sea Otters and Beluga Whales designed to keep certain aquatic animals from despawning, and will continue to drop to more animals as needed)
           -Crafted utilizing Bottle of Pyrosome, Redstone, and a Name Tag

Texture Modifications
-Peales Dolphin has been reshaded

Bug Fixes
-Mothering Sea Otter spawn decreased by 8%
-Sea Otter spawn weight and spawn chance increased by one
-Sea Otters and Beluga Whales now despawn by default, requiring a marine tag to keep them within enclosures
