- Added Reassessment Altar. Altar can be created using Reassessment Table as its core and Reassessment Pillar as its parts.

- Added Though Weaver which can create conceptions via Unstable glyphs.
- Some of previous recipes was changed to Reassessment recipes.
- I've decreased XP lvls for copying glyphs. Also Unstable glyphs, added in this update, can be copyed by Matrix. If Matrix's lower slot is empty, Matrix will create a Conceptions Base instead of copying glyphs.
