Apothecarist now throw buff potions 

Apothecarist no longer throw potions to block if he cant see friend or enemy

Cultist added

Now wizards not using chase mechanic until enemy die they teleport to you if you go away from them now but they have 10 seconds to use chase mechanic until it they use attackgoal so they cant teleport to you when they have los while attackgoal is active 

Priest cast is no longer scale with your spellpower now it is scales with him spellpower(finally fixed)

and other some fixes
