Features

- [CraftTweaker support] Added `int getMetaData(String spell)` getter for the ZenSpell class for Crafttweaker support, so that spells can be referenced by name in scripts. Fixes #20

- Added the dusty casket item, it can contain a random (any) artefact

- [CraftTweaker support] The spellcast events in CraftTweaker are now cancellable. Fixes #19

Bug Fixes

- Fixed SpellCost attribute modifier not working with negative values (=cost reduction) .Fixes #15

- Attempt to fix format of attribute modifiers. Fixes #15

Refactoring

- The Dusty Spell Book now uses the standard tier weighting, previously it was returning high tier books too often
