Features:
- Randomly assign a player to a Discipline (element)
- Added /setdiscipline command to alter the discipline
- Added a minor potency bonus to your own discipline's spellcasts (+5% potency bonus by default, configureable)
- Added option to allow casting other element's spells through scrolls (can be disabled)
