Fixed minor bugs that Witheria repeated despawn and respawn after receiving unusual types of attack.
Fixed targeting system; she will no longer chase one target forever if the target is too far(more than 4096 blocks).
Buffed attacks in True difficulty; this does not affect normal boss fights.
