NEW ATTACK PATTERN

Added Turret summon attack, which is performed when phase two begins. Building a base before boss fight is recommended. Turrets will dispawn once Witheria is defeated. 

Changed Witheria commander GUI; changed rayouts and added Witheria speed control.
