- merged PR from Vazkii for quark vertical slab support
- added windowlogging:window block tag to control which things can be used as windows
- fixed windowlogged blocks of the double slabs mod not dropping
- fixed pane in the glass crash (but it is still really broken, as in doesn't render. Careful)
- added iron bars as a window, fixed their rendering issues
