Simple wind mechanic with wind physics, particles, and sounds, that can be easily toggled with a gamerule.

Description

--|Wind will blow in randomized directions, moving items and entities. Entities do not get blown if they are standing on solid ground, or in creative.


--| Wind speed differs per biome, with dryer biomes having stronger winds. Wind noises will play when the wind speed is over a certain threshold. Particles will generate, with their speeds equal to wind speed

--| During rain and thunderstorms, wind will become significantly faster, moving boats, armor stands, and breaking item frames. All indoor entities and items are not affected.

--| The wind pushing effect can be toggled with the doWind gamerule, however, the particles and sounds will still be active.
