Added Springfield 1860 rifled musket that reloads with primers, gunpowder and iron nuggets.

Added Cavalrysaber.

Improved outlaw camp spawning behavior, so they stop spawning in water and other shenanigans.

Tobacco takes longer to grow and spawns in warm biomes from now on.

Powderhorn is now a flask, this texture bothered me really bad.

Gunpowder can now be crafted with redstone and coal.

Brass scraps can now be converted from four brass ingots
