Overview
This 'vanilla+' mod adds a (configurable) 1/100 chance to spawn a White Enderman in place of a standard Enderman.
This rare specimen is slightly taller and stronger, but you needn't worry too much - its temper seems much milder than your normal, run-of-the-mill Enderman.
You still want to take it on? Be sure to plan ahead - these guys are tough cookies, and have a few tricks of their own. Oh, and be sure not to alert its more aggressive kin - they will fiercely defend a White Enderman from any attacker.
If slain, you will be awarded with slightly improved loot. Also, this mod probably shouldn't break the standard Enderman farm, but that has yet to be tested.
Commissioned for the W-Craft [WIP] modpack. However, anyone is free to use and / or port it for their own modpacks!
Full List of Changes
These are the full changes made to the White Enderman in comparison to a standard Enderman.
- It is 1 block taller than a standard Enderman.
- It has 60 Health (30 Hearts) on all difficulties. In comparison, a standard Enderman has 40 Health.
- It has 10 Damage on Normal, scaling up and down with the other difficulties. In comparison, a standard Enderman has 7 Damage.
- Won't become enraged and attack the Player if looked at.
- Won't take damage from water, and can move quickly in water.
- If it's attacked by the Player, it will not only become enraged and attack back, other nearby Endermen will also come to its aid. Watch your swings when visiting the End!
- Drops have been changed from the default drops to instead be 1-2 Eye of Ender (guaranteed) and a low chance of an End Crystal drop (2.5% and +.5% for each level of Looting on your weapon).
