Balance changes:

  1. shield bash changes: 
    cooldown increased from 3 -> 10 seconds
    forward momentum boost time decreased 
    mob knockback doubled from connected shield bash 
    bashing into a mob decreases cooldown back down to 3 seconds 
    deals 3 damage to shield upon triggering the perk

     

    Bug Fixes:
    Terraform perk usetime visual not appearing fixed
    Size changing perks fall damage reduction calculation changed to be fall distance instead of air time
    Probably some other stuff I forgot I changed
