Fixed issue with JEI overlapping page buttons (atleast I think I did)

Added disableperk command so if theres any gamebreaking bugs you want to avoid on a server you can disable the perk causing the issue.

  • perkNum: perk number from 1-12
  • type: normal / inverted / both
  • toggle: true = disable the perk, false = enable the perk
