Description
Whispering Twig is a lightweight, immersive Minecraft mod that adds a single configurable item designed for exploration, building, and modpack utility.
Overview
Right-clicking the Whispering Twig highlights nearby blocks with a specific forge tag in a radius of 16 blocks (by default). This allows players to locate hidden structures, rare resources, or any blocks tagged for discovery. The effect lasts 30 seconds, with a cooldown and limited durability to balance usage. Both the cooldown and the duration are configurable.

Found in a small underground ruin hidden in lush caves
The structure contains two mossy rooms — one guarded by a spawner, the other sealed with a chest containing the twig. Adventurers may want to tread carefully as they open it.
Highly configurable via the mod’s config file:
Change radius, duration, cooldown, and durability
Customize which tag is used for block detection
Fully disable world generation if desired
