Highly configurable mod allows pack makers to configure biomes with an inherent difficulty level to provide progression. Sorta like game stages, but not at all like game stages :)

- Added rarespawn module
- Module allows for the spawning of 1 rare spawn version of each mob.
- Compatible with mods!

- Mobs can have new attributes, health, damage, and 1 potion effect. Can be given a special name and spawn chance per regular mob spawned.
- Expanded Biome announcements from 7 different categories to 16 categories, and implemented 1 category for each color.
