Content and Cosmetic Changes:

Factionless or Other:
Raw and Fried Worm
Oil Bottle (Obtainable from Sunworm or by crafting with Pork Chops)
Oil multiplies crafting of Torches and Lamps.
Oil multiplies crafting of Fried Worm, Fried Guinea Pig, and Cooked Chicken.
Added Sunworm that spawns in the Nether and Desert, drops Oil and Worm Meat
Removed Peruvian, Chilean, and other waifu items for serious details
Bazookas and Tank Guns now destroy blocks
Fixed bug where Adamantine is difficult to mine
Scrap Blocks can be converted back into Iron or Copper Ingots, it is only profitable if you need iron
The Spacehulk Biome does not generate due to the lack of dimension; it has become a pseudo-Nether biome that generates mountains of scrap
Added Wasteland and Fallen City Biomes, biomes with ruined buildings and abandoned hive city elements

Imperium:
Added Sisters of Battle

Chaos:
Realm of Slaanesh, includes spawning of Daemonettes, Vaporeons, and Tekarn Renegade Soldiers
Daemonette rework to resemble waifu styles
Tekarn Soldiers, Samurai, and Ranger added
Fat Sanders has a new skin
Cobblestone blocks added for the Slaanesh biome
Nurgle's Fly has a new skin
Fly Maggots added, they drop worm meat
Heresy Potions (Imperial mobs attack you)
Nurgle's Blessing Potions (A Fly and Maggot Pack will appear)
Nurgle's Chemical Potions (Combined Poison or Wither Potions along with more negative effects)
New Fly Waifu skin, and now attacks non-Chaos factions

Ork:
Added Duct Tape for future crafting
Large Ork reskins

Tau:
Added Tau Villager

Eldar:
Added NPC Eldar, only for technical reasons, so that they can attack with other enemies.

Technical Changes:
Drastically reduced mob count to avoid lag.
Reworked faction recognition among enemy mobs using NBT Tags.
Mobs will have priority over the player when encountering an enemy from a rival faction.
The old Waifu mobs are now part of the faction list, so Necron, Fly, and Tyranid will fight each other.
Added NBT Tags linked to common vehicle weapons.

All Gecko Lib mobs were deleted and had to be re-added. This also means the vehicles involved. Over time, they were re-added.
Weapons became unusable because they had to confirm ammo, but the bug was fixed and now the weapons work normally.
Some items have different IDs thanks to this.
