For more than 100 reasons some players want water in their nethers.
I am not opposed to this either, and some modpacks are built around being in the nether where the need for water was just a must. 

If it's for a pack, or for fun, this mod will permanently allow players to place water inside the nether.

As an extra feature, this mod can be run either on the client, on the server, or on both. 
So if you wanted to just have this feature server side, you can do that with this mod.

There is nothing you have to do to get this mod working, all you do is drag and drop.
