While I was tweaking ore spawn rates...

-Slightly reduced the Nikolite Ore spawning rate. I would go into a cave deep into the world, and like a third of the damn blocks were my ore. That's kinda ridiculous, so I have decreased it a little bit. It still generates plenty, just... not overboard anymore.
