Initial 1.8 release.
What works:

- Both cape movement types (Simulation and Vanilla style)
- Waves in the cape

- The Simulation settings

- Optifine is supported

What doesn't work/needs workarounds:

- Smooth cape(not easily possible in 1.8)

- LabyMod Support(Cape won't work correctly)

- No settings GUI(you can change the config file/copy it over from 1.16+)
