Wanted Torch Placer

- fix ConfigGUI not saving and working at all (you will need to regenerate your config file)
- added Thermal Foundation support for Pickaxes, Hammers and Excavators with a config to enable/disable; 

- added Redstone Arsenal support  for Fluxed Pickaxes, Fluxed Hammer and Fluxed Excavator with a config to enable/disable;

- added vanilla pickaxe support for pickaxes with config to enable/disable;
