here you go, the version that uses azurlib armor instead. should have more better compability.
i reduce the natural spawn as well.

about this mod. 
i think i made a mistake working on fabric. so i'm reworking everything from scratch on forge and neoforge when i go for 1.21.1 above.
i also reworked (again) the 3d art since i got a little better on it.

so, all of this. please do not expect any updates, take it as a dead mod. this probably going to take longer than you expect. even gta 6 probably already out at that point. well hopefully not.
