Minor improvements:
-Adjusted the firstperson viewmodels of the canes to be more consistant and less intrusive
-Each cane now has a tooltip telling their abilities when you mouse over them in an inventory
Major changes:
-Shulker Cane now also lets you hover in the air much longer while flying with the elytra
-Cane of the Sea now requires two prismarine shards and two iron ingots instead of four iron ingots
