I Found This VERY Old Mod A While Ago, It Took Some Time, But I Managed To Update It To 1.17. It Appears To Add 1 Single Item And 1 Command, But They Crash My Game Everytime I Try To Use Them, I Wonder What They Really Do... Here's A Little Note On The Disc I Found The Mod On:

Just A Sweet Sweet Little Mod, Initially Made For Trolling But Took A Bigger Turn, You Can Use This Mod To Troll Your Friends, Think Their World In Haunted Or Corrupted, Both The Item And The Command Are Made To Crash The Game With A Load Explosion Sound, Gives Quite The Jumpscare If You Ask Me.
