Adding a new balanced ore found in the Nether. Tools have special abilities and Armor has special protection for hot sources (lava, fire, etc.)

What's new
NOTE: The entire mod works perfectly in 1.17, apart from:
- The advancements, which will all be achieved as soon as the player gets one advancement in the game.
- The block break time in the Nether, which should be twice as fast, but isn't.
The actual changelog:
- Updated the ore texture.
- Vulcanite blocks now work as beacon bases.
- Solidified lava now keeps striders warm in every state.
- Updated to 1.17.
