Adds 3 new potions. Tanking, Untanking and Floating.
Tanking makes you stromk
Untanking makes you not stromk
Floating makes you levitate.
Updates Oilo spawning. They now spawn only in some biomes such as all of the mods biomes, deserts, plains and nether wastes.
