What's new

Update v1.0.1 - Command Cleanup!

This update streamlines the command structure for better usability.

Changes:
   Moved `/changetime` to `/chaos time`:**
   Old: `/changetime set 60 120`
   New: `/chaos time set 60 120`
   This keeps all mod commands under the main `/chaos` prefix.
   New Subcommands for `/chaos time`:**
   `fixed <seconds>`: Set a fixed interval between votes.
   `next <seconds>`: Set the time until the *next* vote only.
   `now`: Force start a vote immediately.
   `reset`: Reset timers to config defaults.
   `info`: View current timing settings.
Improved Localization:** Updated translation keys for new command structure.
