* Reworked radiation shielding to use percentage-based blocking instead of flat radiation subtraction.
* Added default radiation shielding for regular solid blocks based on hardness.
* Radiation is now sampled across the entity body instead of only using height slices, making shielding more reliable for players and mobs.
* Open doors and trapdoors now provide reduced radiation protection compared to closed ones.
* Very small radiation amounts are now ignored to prevent tiny leftover radiation from applying effects.
* Shielding tooltips now show “Radiation Blocked” as a percentage.
* Water now reduces radiation by 30%.
