Vivid Birds

* Some birds now fly away when hit or when certain enemies are around.

* Model fixes for Kiwi and Lyrebird.

* Sparrows are now smaller.

* Ostriches now defend themselves against players.

* Ostriches drop saddles when killed + fixed saddles dropping on client and server side...I guess.

Please report bugs, that's what beta releases are for!
