to use the gui u have to load in the game with creative mode and make sure u have minetweaker3 and crafttweaker extra u can add mod tweaker to make the thaum craft stuff work and when u load in the world type in /vt to open the UI there is tabs like crafting furnace thaum runic atlar gt 6 extra GT 6 DONT WORK CURRENTLY so u have to drag an item to the output if u want to remove a recipe and u can make shape and shapeless recipes wich gets saved and written with a script generator and yeah thats what u need to know really type in /mt reload if u want to see the recipes and yeah go off
