What's new

License changes in 2.0.1

  • The All Rights Reserved license now applies to all versions of the mod, including version 1.0.0, which was previously released under the MIT License. From 27 September 2026, every version is distributed only under All Rights Reserved. Copies of version 1.0.0 obtained before that date keep the rights granted by the MIT License.
  • Resource packs that replace the heat source list (assets/vista_thermal_camera/thermal/heat_sources.json) may be created, used and published, including packs that contain a modified copy of that file. Such resource packs may not contain any other part of the mod.
  • The third-party software section now matches the actual dependencies:
    • Required: Vista and Moonlight.
    • Optional integrations: CC:Tweaked
    • The heat source list refers to blocks of other mods by their identifiers only; no code or assets of those mods are included.
  • The license file has been renamed to LICENSE.txt and is included in the jar as LICENSE_vista-thermal-camera.txt.
