• SkinRestorer-aware player avatars: when SkinRestorer is present and the player has a saved custom skin, Viscord extracts the Mojang texture hash and renders it via https://mc-heads.net/avatar/<hash>/100.png for Discord/Fluxer player avatars. Fixes custom skins showing as Steve on cracked/offline-mode servers with SkinRestorer.

• SkinRestorer is a soft dependency (guarded reflection, nothing bundled). When absent or no saved skin, Viscord falls back to the configured server.avatar_url template and then Minotar — behavior unchanged from 5.0.2.
• All nine lane versions aligned to 5.1.0.

Server-side mod for Minecraft 26.1.2 / NeoForge. Runtime caveat: SkinRestorer->mc-heads path is compile/test-verified against the SkinRestorer 26.1 API; live in-server rendering is asserted by the fail-closed design.
