Added Clerics which heals villagers and players (at level two they focus on guards)
Added new mechanik to make any type of door a structure door by holding it in the offhand and using a structure token in the mainhand (right click)
THIS UPDATE WILL REMOVE ALL PLACED VILLAGES AND YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THEM
