Adds political affiliations to villagers

Description

Summary

Introduces ideological affiliations, nations, and political parties. This is for use on the Territories server.

Overall Changes

Villager spawn eggs are required to be given a custom name equivalent to their assigned nation (see /rename and /registernation). Villager babies can't be spawned in with spawn eggs just yet. Villagers have basic needs which, if not met, will disallow them from trading. Naturally spawning villagers have no default nation, but can be assigned one with the Nation Changer.

Villager Professions

Teacher

Villagers can become teachers with a Desk block. Teachers sell items from the mod.

Villager Mood

Mood alters ability to trade and ideological shift over time. Once per day, mood will shift, and ideology will have a 8% chance to shift. Villagers will change their ideological stance depending on their happiness and the ideology of the ruling party.

Basic Needs

Villagers require a bed, a job, and to not be overcrowded. If a villager is homeless, unemployed, or packed into a room with too many other villagers, they will lose happiness over time.

Luxury Needs

Villagers can increase happiness beyond content by having luxury needs met on top of their basic needs. Luxury needs include being social (gathering around a bell), feeling protected (proximity to an iron golem), and being a nitwit (nitwits are happier on average).
