How to Use: Right-click villagers while holding the book
Use Effect: If the villagers are currently trading items with enchanted books, refresh the enchantment from top to bottom. Consume one enchant refresh book per enchantment refresh until all enchantment refresh is completed or the enchant refresh book stops refreshing after use.
How to Obtain: Sold by the Enchanter at the highest level, and by the Librarian at the highest level with a certain probability. The price is uniformly 16 emeralds + 1 book for one.
