Generate names for villages and villagers, as well as for other entities and structures.
What's new
-Added config options to either allow troughs as taiga decor anywhere rather than just roads and wells, or to disable them entirely.
-Added support for Vanilla Builders Extension blocks. Add vanillabuildersextension to your Mod Priority: Sandstone config entry if it's not there already.
-Added support for Tough As Nails's Campfire
-Bugfix: config options for modded Sandstone and Smooth Stone now both exist and work properly
-Bugfix: Village Names root advancement can now highlight as "completed"
-Added German lang file (thanks DariusDarkBum!)
-Village generation debug console messages now include the village's Y coordinate
