Updated for NeoForge 1.21.4
- Added support for Minecraft NeoForge 26.2!
- Added new Village Bounties advancements, including a dedicated advancement tab.
- Added a per-player bounty cooldown: after 10 bounties in a Minecraft day, take a short break before grabbing more.
- Added a friendly chat message when villagers are out of emeralds for the day.
- Tuned elite and hard bounties for better balance.
- Removed and tweaked some hard bounties.
