Patches out:
Techreborn Fusion and Centrifuge recipe handling issues.
NuclearCraft: Fission reactor no longer works when casing is broken and the block is not refreshed.
- Tick acceleration no longer works on the fission reactor.
- It probably works on Active Coolers and Buffers... But this won't cool the reactor faster and will only consume more coolant.
Optimizes NC's Fission reactor System by doing the following:
- Caches Recipe stats for any new fuel put in the reactor.
- Sets any fission block including: Casing, doors, coolers, cells, moderators, and active coolers to have the fission reactor as a parent tile entity.
- Breaking any child tile will notify the reactor at which point all cached data will be purged and the reactor will be rescanned.
Optimizes Active Cooling
- Active Cooling now only burns the required amount of fluid to bring reactor heat to 0. Unfortunately not all coolers burn equally!
- Caches any active coolers it detects on structure scan. The reactor doesn't have to rescan anymore to ensure they exist.
- Active coolers notify the reactor if they detect a liquid change (besides when empty). This can be further optimized although I'll do so later.
