Added spin stabilization for the 9M120-1 "Ataka" ATGM.

Added rocket exhaust nozzles for the 9M120-1 "Ataka" and TOW-2A ATGMs. (Temporarily also added to the 9M14 "Malyutka".)

Standard sights (USSR, NATO, and CHINA) can now guide ATGMs.

• Note: If the sight is elevated by rotating the gun itself, the ATGM will not be able to aim vertically. To enable full vertical guidance, create a separate Sable structure that pitches independently and mount the optical module on it.

The commander's sight camera angle limits are now calculated relative to the commander's sight orientation instead of the world's horizon.

Wires can now clear their previously stored link (Shift + Right Click). This is useful because the wire remembers the last connection between a sight and an optical module. For example, if you previously linked one optical module to a sight and later want to connect a different module to another sight, the wire will still try to use the old stored link. After clearing its memory, simply Right Click the sight with the wire, then Right Click the optical module to create a new connection.
