Passive Mobs: 50% +0.75% Chance for each percentage of Health Lowered
Hostile Mobs: 0% +0.5% Chance for each percentage of Health Lowered
GRADE 1
Passive Mobs: 70% +1% Chance for each percentage of Health Lowered
Hostile Mobs: 15% +0.5% Chance for each percentage of Health Lowered
GRADE 2
Passive Mobs: 90% +1.5% Chance for each percentage of Health Lowered
