Versatile Portals

Bug fixes:

-portal frame blocks being colored incorrectly in some scenarios

-portal controllers losing custom names

Additions:

-can now craft existing world control items into empty world control items

-added a translation for the existing world control item

Changes:

-made empty existing world control item recipe shapeless

-internal improvements that will hopefully make the mod

-portals will not teleport to the dimension they are already in, an error message is displayed instead

CAUTION: Portal Controller blocks placed in the world will lose their data upon switching versions. To prevent item loss, break all portal controllers so they are in item form, this will prevent data loss.
