Nails and Masks Update

+ Added Nails
  + A new upgrade type for Veilings
    + Deals some light harm to them when installing
  + Comes in 3 types currently:
    + Viscous Nail
      + Prevents Water Multiplication
    + Undying Nail
      + Acts as a Totem of Undying
    + Stablizing Nail
      + Prevents Wicked Conversion

+ Changed Veiling Masks into Equipment
  + When worn, provides abilities based on the veiling type
    + Abilities require the matching Veiling type nearby
    + Abilities are usually for both the Veiling and the owner

+ Added Impresario Silk
  + Crafting Ingredient for Nails
  ~ This will be altered later


+ Fixed Spirit Daggers being infinite
+ Updated version info to 1.2.0
