Adds attributes to the create mod attribute filter to allow for automatic gear sorting

Bug fixes: inner version of the mod should now show properly
Opening an empty filter with a custom name should no longer clear that name
Features: Dragging a filter in an inventory will render checkmarks or X's on items depending on whether they match the filter
Dragging any item will do the same thing to filters in the inventory
